Data and AI are my profession. Here's the rest of the story, and how it all fits together over time.

My journey
Timeline
First career decision
In primary school I figured out I wouldn't make a living with my hands. I'd starve.
First big title
I took 1st place at the Czech Junior Team Rapid Championship.
FIDE Master
I was awarded the FIDE Master title.
Representing the country at the European Championship
I represented the Czech Republic at the European Youth U18 Chess Championship.
A D in computer science
I got a D in computer science at grammar school. The Faculty of Informatics and Statistics was then an obvious choice.
A year in the US
I spent a year in Pennsylvania and finished my senior year at Elizabethtown Area High School. Alongside school I trained volleyball five times a week.
Czech Republic runner-up
I took 2nd place at the Czech Junior Chess Championship.
Chess moved online
With COVID, the chess world shifted online. I was named best streamer at the Czech Open Online Blitz Championship.
Graduation and one B
I graduated with straight A's, except one B in economics. So I went to the University of Economics to catch up.
First real step into business
I joined UniCredit as an ALM Specialist and became a faculty ambassador at the same time.
From participant to organiser
I joined 4FIS as a sports event coordinator.
Data, AI and a finished bachelor's degree
I finished my bachelor's degree at VŠE, worked as a Data Analyst at Samsung, and reached the finals of Profinit AI Talents.
Erasmus+ in Liechtenstein
I spent a semester at the University of Liechtenstein, where international environment, technology and business came together.
Business Intelligence & chess leadership
I joined Albert as a BI Analyst and captained the VŠE team in the Collegiate Chess League.
Ing.
Another big milestone reached. I completed my engineering degree (Ing.).
This site is mostly about fun and inspiration, not a sales pitch. I also built it to try out some new tools and learn something along the way. It isn't perfect, and it isn't meant to be.
Everything here is publicly available anyway. I just wanted to save you the search.
If you have feedback or an idea for something to add, drop me a line.
